By using the services provided by Dominion Youth Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Nonprofit" or "we"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Nonprofit's intellectual property without prior written consent from the Nonprofit.
• Any content, including comments, posts, or submissions made by users on the Nonprofit's platforms, is considered user-generated content. By submitting such content, you grant the Nonprofit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purposes of promoting the Nonprofit's mission.
• Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store your payment details. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your financial information is protected.
• All payments and donations made to the Nonprofit are non-refundable. Once a payment or donation has been processed, it will not be refunded, except under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Nonprofit.
